Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a foundation policy for v2.7. Product-specific terms shown at registration or checkout should take priority where applicable and should be reviewed before live commerce is activated.

Courses and events

Cancellation, transfer, rescheduling and refund conditions may vary by programme. The applicable terms should be displayed before payment or confirmed in writing for each programme.

Digital products

Digital products supplied through third-party stores, including Google Play Books, are subject to the relevant platform’s purchase and refund rules.

Consultations

Consultation rescheduling or cancellation conditions should be stated at booking. Completed professional services are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Physical products

Future physical-product return, shipping and defect policies will be published before those products are offered for online sale.
